<International Circulation>:Patients with narrow QRS and mechanical dyssynchrony has perplexed clinicians. No evidence has supported that these patients could benefit from CRT. By now are there any new surprising findings on this issue?

    Prof Vardas: Patients with narrow QRS [ ]and mechanical dyssynchrony are not represnted as class 1 according to the ESC guidelines. However， there have been a few published papers including one in the New England Journal of Medicine; indicating that in well selected cases with narrow QRS and mechanical dyssynchrony CRT can be beneficial.
