What symptoms are present in heart failure patients with cardio-renal syndrome?

You can’t really tell when somebody has cardio-renal syndrome unless you do blood tests and know what the real function is.  They have the same symptoms that other heart failure patients have， and often it is fluid overload with worsening renal function that leads to the understanding that there is cardio-renal syndrome.
